10. Delivery Confirmation

You agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the cardholder or purchaser, even without a signature. Men's Fuel is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages after carrier-confirmed delivery, except where required by applicable law.

11. Money-Back Guarantee

Men's Fuel may offer a Money-Back Guarantee on certain eligible purchases made directly from https://trymensfuel.com. Unless otherwise stated on the product or offer page, eligible first-time purchases may be covered within 60 days of delivery, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.

The Money-Back Guarantee is only valid on products purchased directly from Men's Fuel through our Website. Purchases made through unauthorized retailers, marketplaces, resellers, or other channels do not qualify.

To request a refund, please email support@trymensfuel.com. Approved refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to place the order, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Standard Return and Refund Policy

After our returns department receives your approved return, it generally takes 1 to 2 business days to process your refund, and up to 10 business days for the return to be posted to your account depending on your financial institution.

IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH ABOVE, MEN'S FUEL IS FOUND LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY, MEN'S FUEL'S LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL BE LIMITED TO USD $500.00. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

16. Dispute Resolution by Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS PROVISION CAREFULLY; IT REQUIRES YOU TO ARBITRATE ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM BETWEEN YOU AND MEN'S FUEL ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

You agree that any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement, Men's Fuel's Privacy Policy, Men's Fuel's advertising or marketing practices, or Men's Fuel's products or services shall be submitted to binding, final, and confidential arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. This arbitration provision shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA"), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16.

The arbitrator may only resolve disputes between you and Men's Fuel and may not consolidate claims or hear class or representative claims without Men's Fuel's consent.

Unless you timely opt out, you will not have the right to have a court or jury decide your dispute, participate in a class action, act as a private attorney general, or join or consolidate your dispute with the dispute of any other person.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of the date you purchased a product or service through our Website by emailing support@trymensfuel.com with your name, the product purchased, your order number if available, and your intent to opt out.
